Who We Are

Prepado is a simulation-based hiring platform built for a generation that has the degrees, the drive, and the determination — but not always the clarity on where to go next. Founded in 2026 and headquartered in Mumbai, India, we exist to close the gap between education and employment in the most direct way possible: by letting people actually do the job before they get it.

We are not a job board. We are not a CV database. Prepado is where talent is experienced, evaluated, and matched — through performance, not paper.

The Problem We Are Solving

Every year, thousands of graduates step out of their colleges having completed their degrees, cleared their exams, and ticked every box — and still have no real sense of what their options look like in the working world. Not because they are not capable. But because nobody showed them.

Job titles are abstract. Role descriptions are generic. And the traditional hiring process — submit a CV, clear an interview, start a job — gives a fresher almost no opportunity to understand what a role actually demands of them before they are already in it.

Prepado is built on a simple but powerful belief: if you let someone experience a role, they will know whether it is right for them. And if they perform well within it, a company will know they are right for the role.

Our Vision

A world where every graduate — regardless of their college, city, or connections — has access to a fair, experience-based path into employment. Where companies hire on the basis of what a person can do, not just what their resume says they have done.

How Prepado Works

A Fresher joins the platform, completes a self-assessment, and enters a two-month Job Discovery period. During this time, they explore the roles available to them — understanding what each one involves, what skills it demands, and what a day in that role actually looks like.

When they are ready, they select a simulation. The simulation is a fully immersive, structured role experience — real tasks, real decisions, real pressure — delivered over the course of the engagement. At the end of it, their performance is evaluated by experienced professionals and a verified Prepado Score is generated.

That score is valid for twelve months. And when a Fresher applies to a company through Prepado, that score — along with their simulation performance summary — is what the company sees. Not a CV. Not a cover letter. Performance.

For companies, this changes everything. Instead of sifting through hundreds of applications and making hiring decisions on gut feel and credentials, they receive candidates who have already demonstrated their capability in a structured, evaluated environment. Hiring becomes faster, more confident, and more accurate.

The Advanced Track is Prepado's next frontier. Designed for experienced professionals, it is a week-long, high-stakes simulation built for people who already know how to do the job. Every task operates at a senior level — strategic, complex, and calibrated to the expectations of someone with real-world experience behind them.

The Advanced Track gives companies a way to assess mid-to-senior candidates with the same rigour and objectivity that the Fresher platform brings to entry-level hiring. Coming soon.

Prepado is currently live in India, starting with the rich and diverse talent landscape that this country produces every single year. Our long-term ambition is global — we believe the problem we are solving is not unique to India, and neither is the opportunity.
